Prompt Registry

BatchIn 现在会把 prompt version 绑定到 Playground、Responses API、runtime trace 和审计记录；当请求没有显式版本号时，系统也会自动回填一个稳定版本。

在 Playground 里设置 prompt version，或让系统自动回填缺省版本

在 /console/prompts 查看 registry、latest 与 promoted 版本

在 /console/traces 与 /verify 里把版本、trace 和证据链串起来

打开 Prompt 控制面前往 Playground查看自动实验
